Southern Maine Division 1 athlete recoveres $250,000 (two insurance policy limits!) for a rotator cuff tear.
$250,000 recovered by Attorney Chris Causey for young Division 1 college athlete from Southern Maine who suffered a rotator cuff tear when the at fault driver drove across the double yellow line and struck her vehicle, causing it to roll. This case required demanding $100,000 from the at-fault driver's insurance and an additional $150,000 from the uninsured motorist carrier. Both insurance companies paid the maximum under their policies. The young athlete has recovered and is back to playing her sport in college.
