$315,000 recovered in suit by Attorney Chris Causey for a young woman who was struck by an aggressive driver in her own driveway.  There was no money offered prior to filing suit.  The insurance companies originally asserted in what the young woman's fault. Attorney Causey worked with the State Police, took depositions and obtained audio video from a hand-held device which recorded part of the event.  After depositions, the exchange of discovery materials and a statement from a state trooper, two different insurance companies paid fair settlement value and the young woman was vindicated.
