$300,000 recovered for a woman knocked off a golf cart
A pick-up truck driver on a private camp road cross the center line and struck a golf cart. The passenger was knocked out of her seat onto the pavement, lacerating her head and injuring her right shoulder. It was later determined that the woman suffered a torn roator cuff and also suffered a concussion/traumatic brain injury. The insurance company for the pick-up driver denied the claim, blaiming the driver of the golf cart. Chris placed the case in suit, hired a brain injury expert and accident reconstructionist. The pick-up truck driver's insurance company paid fair compensation of $300,000 to avoid trial.
